The Consumer Satisfaction Team, Inc. is a non-profit organization staffed entirely by mental health consumers, individuals in recovery from substance abuse, and family members of people with mental illness and/or substance addictions.
CST is authorized by the Philadelphia Office of Mental Health (OMH), the Office of Addiction Services (OAS) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH) to ascertain consumer and family satisfaction with Philadelphia behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) services to adults, adolescents and children.
CST is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday.
